BC Nectars only attend claims of our direct members or BCNectars.ca customers and allow our resellers dispensaries to deal with the complains or feedback of their own members or clients.
Disclaimer: After receiving 2 times the value of your purchases with products of BCNectars.ca (products of your choice within our portfolio of products) we consider the matter settle in a satisfactory manner for both parties (the complaintant and BC Nectars), after that is up to the member or client if he decides to keep buying BC Nectars products or not and BC Nectars also reserves the rights to stop supplying the same client and will not assume future responsibility if the client buys BCNectars.ca products
We will exchange any defective product you may encounter (free of charge x 2). Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide you with instructions.
Also, we provide our members with the option of receiving credit with BC Nectars equivalent to the value of your puchase on products other than BHO extraction such as dry flower, hash, bubble hash or THC Distillate.
BC Nectars prefers to manage all payments through Bitcoin. We also do have the option to make payments through eTransfer, you can check more information about the payment gateways on the checkout page of your purchase.
Every order received after 3pm will be processed the next day, all the shipments are done every business day at 4pm. They will be done through purolator and we have 2 different speeds. The regular shipping will have a flat rate of 17 CAD and will take 5 business days (max), the express shipping will have a flat rate of 22 CAD and will take 2 business days (max).
If your order goes over 200 CAD you can get free regular shipping, and if it goes over 250 CAD you can apply for free express shipping.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
We need to make sure all complains are real and handled through the proper channels. As part of our return policy, we require the dissatified parties to contact their dispensary or us directly before placing any defamatory statements on social media. We also require them to remove any negative positings related to BC Nectars as soon as the replacement process has started (specially parties who are not our direct clients to avoid any manipulation of media by the competition)
This policy covers how we use our personal information. At BC Nectars, we take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Remember that in order to be a fully approved BC nectars affiliate you have to verify your account through our platform.
This proccess also applies to any individual that you refer to us. The comission that you will receive for bringing a customer only will be added to your account when the customer completes our verify proccess, in the meantime it will be seen in your platform as “pending”.
We have four levels of depth on the multilevel network. You will receive a comission according to the position of the buyer:
Direct Referral: 10% 2nd Level: 7.5% 3rd Level: 5% 4th Level: 2.5%
You can have as much referrals as you want because we won’t limit the width of your network.
The credits earned through our multilevel system can be redeemed as credit on the store or through paypal. To withdraw through paypal the accumulated credit should be more than 300 CAD.
These credits won’t be transferrable and you will lose your rights over those credits after one year of not login to our platform.
We reserve the right to check, modify and deny any commission generated through the platform and we will inform you of any change made.
When you enter our rep group you will receive a rep pack that contains product & merchandise equivalent to 75 CAD Sum, this will be used to help you grow your multi-level network.
Once you receive this pack you are comprimising with us to represent our brand and show our products through your social media, so we expect the following:
- At least 3 photos published with our products and tags related to our store.
- At least 1 video through your social media.
- A group of referrals that through purchases covers the cost of the Rep Pack.
If by any chance you don’t cover any of the 3 conditions stated we won’t keep sending rep packs to you and you will be out of our representative program. You will keep your network, your referrals and your user but won’t be receiving merchandise from us. We will also take your earned credits through the referral system until we cover the 75 CAD that was spend on the rep pack.
